SALAMIS & SAUSAGES

All of our products are 100% gluten-, soy- and GMO-free, are made using natural ingredients only, and contain no preservatives; their shelf-life is guaranteed by the smoke of beechwood chips.

Each of our products is made of at least 70% venison from red deer born, raised and shot in the wild.

Smoking: Cured and flavoured through 48 hours of cold smoking.

Ageing: each of our salamis are aged for at least 45 days in a meat-ager made for this special task.
